How to Start Producing Beer (Cerveza Mexico Brewing Congress)
After participating in the Cerveza México Brewing Congress, I shared practical lessons on how to start producing beer with greater confidence and consistency. The talk focused on the key foundations every brewer should understand: ingredient care, proper equipment, cleaning and sanitation, cold-side process control, quality assurance, and recipe design. More than chasing complex recipes, the main message was clear: great beer comes from mastering process, discipline, cleanliness, temperature control, oxygen management, and continuous learning through experience.
